Nobody gave a second thought to purchase this decaying apartment, until two adults bought it, but not for themselves. They wanted to gift it to their son and spared nothing for it. It was the only option they could afford. When they gave it to their son, his happiness knew no bounds but soon he started a radical repair.

The entire transformation began with a complete redevelopment of the space. In the hallway, the walls were painted crisp white, instantly making the area feel brighter and more open. The floor was finished with large-format dark tiles, adding a modern and elegant contrast. Directly opposite the front door, a functional niche was created, featuring a floor-to-ceiling storage system that maximizes space while keeping the entryway neat and organized. To the left, a mirror in a sleek black frame was added, bringing both style and practicality to the redesigned entrance.

What concerns the living room, a decision was made to divide the room into two parts. The first one is the living room and the second one is the bedroom. They chose laminate for the flooring. Light wallpaper was chosen for the walls. A bright red sofa was placed in the center. A workplace with shelves for books and textbooks was set up opposite him.

Part of the room near the window was thoughtfully transformed into a full bedroom area, creating a cozy and functional sleeping space. At its center sits a large blue bed, complemented by ample storage solutions that keep the area organized without sacrificing comfort. Behind the headboard, a bright accent wallpaper adds character and a fresh, modern touch to the design.

The fridge stood in a niche. A dining place with designer chairs was placed here. The balcony doors were replaced with fully glazed ones. Turning to the bathroom, the floor and the walls are laid with beige tiles. The sink cabinet was chosen for a rich blue color for adding some contrast.
